Waiting for Brenda is an originals band of singer-songwriter Brenda Lee Kelly weaving her lyrics with the sounds of Dobro, Fiddle, Bass, Drums & Guitars.  A mix of country and western with 80’s and punk influences, Waiting for Brenda provides tunes to tap your feet or….break your heart. 

Waiting for Brenda features Brenda Lee Kelly on lead vocals & acoustic guitar & uke, Garry Bain on twangy electric guitar, Pete Cheney on bass, Johnno Harrison on dobro and lap-steel guitar, Darry Finn on mandolin & electric guitar with Craig Tobin on the skins plus often friends with a friendly disposition join her to bring a bucket of talent, joy, swagger and stomp to Brenda’s songs. Thanks goes to Marti Leonard filling in on bass at times, Glenn Kidd on harmonica, Greg Eales on drums, Shane Fens on drums and also big thanks to Luke Mysliwy who has been the Waiting for Brenda fiddle player since it all started but has taken off some time for new parenting role but hopefully will come back for some spots.
