Songwriting Retreat - RADF Grant
Lots of interesting gigs coming up and festivals and good news is that I received an RADF grant from Moreton Bay Regional Council & Arts Queensland to attend a Songwriting Retreat in Victoria hosted by renowned solo artist, and singer/songwriter with seminal Melbourne pop group Icecream Hands, Charles Jenkins through the Blackwood Collaborative Funded by The Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) which is a partnership between the Queensland Government and Moreton Bay Regional Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
Waiting for Brenda will be performing at Women up front - The Missing Beats - The Songs of Tom Smith -their new album is inspired by the unrecognised women writers of the Beat Generation.
